Your Pack Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

• 5 oz - 16 oz = 8 x 8 x 8
• Case of 12 of any one of our dried items (Cocoa cravings, Teas, Nuts, Seeds, Superfoods) = 12 x 12 x 12
• 5 lb single or combined products totaling 5 lbs = 10 x 10 x 10
• 10 lb single or combined products totaling 10 lbs = 14 x 14 x 14
• Above 10 lbs – case by case

Liquid Products

• 1 oz – 4 oz = 5 x 5 x 5
• 8 oz - 16 oz = 8 x 8 x 10
• Case of single or combined products, (eSutras culinary oils, Aroma Sutras – spa products)

Returns

If for ANY reason you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, NO questions asked! It is our way of assuring you that we guarantee you'll enjoy our products. However, before returning any item, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and approval. There are certain procedures we must follow when working with FedEx, UPS and USPS for returns.
